Nose is healing crooked after rhinoplasty. Can this be fixed without revision? (Photo)

Question

I had a rhinoplasty (and septioplasty) just about 8 months ago. I loved the results initially, but the last month or so as swelling as decreased significantly it has become apparent that it is really pulling to the right. I really notice it in face-on photos and it’s really bugging me. BUT I am desperately not wanting a revision. Is this something that can be corrected without a revision? Filler on the left side? Anything else? I’m so bummed

Unfortunately, the ink marks appear to block the upper 1/3 of your nose. Depending on your examination, it is conceivable that if there is an indentation along the right side wall of your nose, that filling it might be beneficial. Thank you for this question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Minor asymmetries after rhinoplasty can sometimes be corrected without revision surgery. Non-surgical options include:1.
