I had a rhinoplasty a year ago. I have noticed that my right nasal bone is sticking out, its lower than me left nasal bone and there appears to be a gap between the bone and the septum. In certain light it shows up like a line going across my nose and kind of a dip. I can feel the ridge of my nasal bone when i run my finger along it. Is this just a one sided open roof or something more sinister?
