I had bbl surgery 4 days ago . I cannot sleep because of muscle cramps (twiqes) my legs , arms. They do not cause pain they just dont let me go to sleep. I told my surgeon about it 2 days ago and he did some blood tests and everything came back normal. He said I might be suffering from anxiety and hence the twiqing. He perscribed zanax to help me sleep. Last night I took a tablet and I managed to sleep. Tonight I cannot. Is this a cause of that will go away by itself or is this serious?
