Is this vascular occlusion or just bruising? (Photos)

Hi I have 0.5 ml of juverderm injected and the bruising came instantly, these pictures were taken 3 hours later, there is no pain in the area

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Due to the swelling that accompanies injections, as well as the propensity for Juvederm to attract water, the superficial veins can become temporarily enlarged.  As your injection results mature over 2-3 days you should see improvement.  ...

Lip fillers are done locally and there is no systemic absorption so breast feeding should be safe but again no studies done.
