I am 24, 5 6”, 60kg. I am currently a 32 A/B- breast width 12cm. I am struggling to decide between teardrop or round I am terrified of having a very false round appearance on the top- but my surgeon is confident a 275/300/325cc Mentor Moderate Plus Profile will not look false. I am stuck between 275cc moderate plus, teardrop, or possibly the third option of a less profile round implant. Any advise would be brilliant!

You can definitely rule out a teardrop implant. Teardrop implants come and go in popularity over the years. Invariably they turn out to be a bad idea

Behind, or under the muscle, is also necessary for the most natural look. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested, and they choose what looks right for them. I would suggest using smooth round implants placed behind the muscle for best coverage of the implants, good support to the implants and nice upper breast fullness without being too round. Plus, smooth implants have less long-term risks.
