I was recently involved in a head on collision at 60 km. The seat belt caused a lot of bruising on my left breast. I was concerened about a possible rupture and went to get an ultra sound of both breast. She was unable to see any ruptures thankfully. However i have pain in the outer portion of my breast. Ive had them done 11 months ago and had the mentor gel implants. Any thoughts on what is causing this pain? Tearing of the capsul?? What should I do next?

If you have a full B-small C cup amount of breast tissue, then you probably have enough tissue to hide the implants and can go just behind the breast. If you have less tissue, then go behind the muscle for better coverage and better support to your implant.
