Surgery to correct belly piercing after pregnancy? (Photo)

Hi, I Would love some advice on what procedure I should have to correct the area above my belly button? I Had a baby 7months ago and where I previously had a piercing it has stretched, I’m thinking of a procedure under LA to remove where the piercing was which would hopefully leave me with me with a neat-ish scar, my main question was if I had surgery to correct this area and then I got pregnant would it stretch again ? Or ideally should I wait until I have finished having children ? Thank you.
