I have a pronounced brow bone which makes my eyebrows look too low. Is brow bone reduction the solution? (photos)

It does look like reducing the protrusion of the brow bone is a good option for you. Be sure to go to someone who will not just burr down the bone but actually set it back with plates and screws. There is a pocket of air within the bone of the forehead called the frontal sinus. If the right technique isn't used it will leave the bone of your forehead too thin or the bone not set back enough.
