I've been unhappy with the way my forehead looks, i have a pronounced brow bone which makes my eyebrows look too low. I don't know if brow bone reduction might be the solution. If so, can anyone refer me to a good doctor in the Los Angeles area. Thank you.

Brow bone reduction and contouring with the Irregular Trichophytic Incision with or without elevation of the brows. We Invented this 40 years ago and I have done hundreds of these for both men and women. Hair will grow thru the scar if properly done and won't be seen unless you have hair loss in the future.

It does look like reducing the protrusion of the brow bone is a good option for you. Be sure to go to someone who will not just burr down the bone but actually set it back with plates and screws. There is a pocket of air within the bone of the forehead called the frontal sinus. If the right technique isn't used it will leave the bone of your forehead too thin or the bone not set back enough. Dr. Jeffrey Jumailly is in your area and would be the doctor to talk to. There are only a handful of surgeons in the country who do this procedure a lot, so video consultations are fairly common with these surgeons as well.
