I had intramuscular implants in my butt 2.5 weeks ago. I wore a thong and when I got home I had fluid leaking out my stitches. I think it's a seroma as my surgeon advised. It stopped leaking and started again a day later. I don't have fever, only slight tingling but the wound has dehiscence and slough. Does this usually heal? Will this heal? Surgeon isn't worried by my seroma but I want a 2nd opinion. I don't know if I have an infection what are the signs? How does this wound look?
