Steroid induced Rosacea (Photo)

I went to a dermatologist after 3 years of using hydrocortisone steroid cream on my face for seb derm. He believes this is steroid rosacea I just wanted to have a second opinion. The redness is mostly on half of my forehead, both my cheeks,the bridge of my nose and I have small raised fleshy lumps on my forehead as seen in picture 2.
