I have a mastopexy booked for October 1st over here in England. I've been for a consultation, had 3D simulations and have been really happy with the outcome. However, I'm particularly worried about lack of sensitivity following the procedure. Nipples are a key part of arousal for me and my partner, and I'd really hate to lose that. I know he would too.. I really don't want to end up with completely numb nipples, I think it'd make me really quite depressed! Does all sensation go?
