I had a gastric balloon fitted 4 months ago. I am 5ft 1 and weighed 13 stone and I now weigh 9st 9lb and have two months left before removal. I have been eating small portions but healthy with the occasional treat and excercise which isn't too regular just when I have time. In the last half a stone weight loss I can see the ballon and put my hand around the shape at times. The balloon moves depending on how I am sitting. I never noticed before is this normal?
