Jun 2015 I had Left breast mastectomy. During the op. an expansor bag was fitted. On Jan 5 2016 I had reconstructive surgery inserting implants into both breasts. My understanding was that the L breast is rebuilt and would be firm and well shaped and R breast adjusted to mirror the reconstructed breast. In reality the R breast is now a good shape and firm but the L breast does not resemble it at all and is fallen. I don’t see how the L breast can possibly uplift to match the other one.
