Thank you for your question and photo. In short, yes you can have a lift performed without implants. However, you need to be seen in person by a board certified plastic surgeon to determine what the likely end result will be for you. For example, if it is determined that you will loose significant volume after the explant and you do not have significant breast tissue, you will have to be willing to accept smaller breasts. Without an in person exam, it is impossible to tell how much natural breast tissue you have. So, I would suggest that you schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area (link below) about your options. Best, Dr. Nazarian

There are many women in my practice who have decided to remove an old implant placed years ago by other surgeons and simply go with a breast lift alone. It is more common to downsize breasts than it has ever been before. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
Hello dear, thanks for your question and picture, You should have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if you are a good candidate for a breast lift without implants.. it depends on how much breast tissue you have and what result are you looking for
It is very difficult to tell how much natural breast tissue you have. Often it is best to remove the implants first and then stage the lift at a later time. Sometimes, you can do both at the same time. An exam in person would be helpful.
Thank you for taking the time to post your question. The answer to your question is "Yes". You can certainly undergo removal of your breast implants and have a simultaneous breast lift performed. You'll be sacrificing only the volume of your breasts that's provided by your implants. However, the shape and position of your breasts can be enhanced with the lift.A few things worth considering before you decide on how to proceed:If you're unhappy with the look of your breasts, but happy with your prior surgeon, he/she may be the best place for you to start. Return to your original surgeon and discuss your concerns. If for any reason you feel that your needs may best be served by someone else, locate a Plastic Surgeon in your area, Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Accept no substitute. Ensure that he/she has extensive experience in aesthetic breast surgery. Before you schedule that consultation, collect as much information as you possibly can regarding your prior breast surgeries. At minimum, it is extremely helpful to have copies of your original operative reports and your current implant information (cc's of volume, Saline vs. Silicone). This information will help tremendously when you and your surgeon are discussing options, expectations and recovery. It will also be invaluable in assisting your surgeon in planning the finer details of your surgery.Be honest and open regarding what you like and don't like about your breasts. Equally important to be up front regarding your expectations from further surgery. Be prepared to tell your surgeon what your goal is. Bring photos of breasts that you find aesthetically pleasing to illustrate what it is you're trying to achieve. An experienced surgeon can take this information and translate it into a working plan that will best help you achieve your aesthetic goals.Best of luck.
Yes, it can be done. But, the question is how big will you be once the implants are out. If you don't have enough of your own breast tissue the results can be disappointing.
It is certainly possible to remove the implants and reshape the remaining breast tissues with an uplift. What you need to know is that this procedure would leave you with significantly smaller breasts, lack of fullness at the top of them, and fairly long, visible scars. If you are comfortable with these changes, you will surely be happy with the result.
I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction after several breast operations. You can certainly proceed with your plan but the main question will be whether or not you will be pleased with the breast size achieved without the presence of breast implants. Also, you will need to carefully consider the trade-off of breast lifting scars. You may find the attached link, dedicated to breast implant removal surgery concerns hopeful to you as you learn more.
