Round 2, no fat? I got a bbl 3 months ago and it looked great at first, even at 6 weeks post swelling went it still looked great. But absorption made me look worse than pre op - boxy. I was slim before with no hips but I just had a small bum insecurity. My butt didn’t take either but I just want to look normal and not like I paid this awful body. Can I have a revision with mostly thigh fat for the hips? I hear it's better the second time. Should I lipo the fat on top of my non hips instead for a flatter look?
