My main focus to is reduce the middle part to get rid of the projection, but there are higher risks for irregularities. If I were to ask for a surgeon to get rid of the overall size would the risks for irregularities decrease?

Answer: Buttock reduction after BBL you have to tread very carefully with liposuction of the buttocks. I’ve seen a lot of really horrible results. It’s a precision thing and has to be done by someone with skill and experience. You have a good result. I would live with it if you possibly can.
