My main focus to is reduce the middle part to get rid of the projection, but there are higher risks for irregularities. If I were to ask for a surgeon to get rid of the overall size would the risks for irregularities decrease?

Answer: Revision of Brazilian butt lift The key to revision of the Brazilian butt lift to create a natural look is to use the patient's frame in their natural shape as a basis for the liposuction and the fat transfer. When you do not follow the patient's frame when you do a procedure you get up done fake look. If you follow the patient's frame you get a natural look.Just like a facelift surgery, or a breast augmentation surgery the best surgery is the one that looks natural that no one would ever know whether you had surgery or not. When you see a person walking down the street a block away and you know they had a facelift, that facelift is not that good.Revisions can be done without complications with good skin quality after surgery. It's more difficult to do the revision and do the surgery right the first time because of the scar tissue from the first surgery but it can be done. You do not want to do multiple surgeries because at some point there's going to be too much scar tissue to get a good result. Dr. Nahai told me in 1988 that you have two chances to get a rhinoplasty right before you are operating through scar tissue and will not get a good result. Answer: Buttock reduction after BBL you have to tread very carefully with liposuction of the buttocks. I’ve seen a lot of really horrible results. It’s a precision thing and has to be done by someone with skill and experience. You have a good result. I would live with it if you possibly can.
