6 months PO and I believe I have fat necrosis. Will a revision BBL remove the dimples/dents? Would this happen again? (photo)

I failed to see the issues with skin discoloration but perhaps I would need to have you point that out for me or see before and after pictures.  Likewise, it's difficult to appreciate fat necrosis for the pictures you have provided.  It does appear you have some underlying cellulite.  Be aware that cellulite can look worse with added volume weather from weight gain or graft and fat.   The only real option for treating cellulite is supposition with or without the device called Celfina and ideally in conjunction with small amounts of fat grafting.  Fat necrosis is not treated with a second BBL.  We don't know if you have five necrosis so I suppose it's a moot point. To get an accurate assessment in regards to your skin discoloration, possible fat necrosis and cellulite  I suggest following up with your provider or have a new in person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD 

Hi and welcome to our forum!From your photos, I can see the areas of irregular contour, especially of the left buttock. This could be the result of uneven fat distribution, fat resorption, or a postoperative hematoma. If the tissues are not still firm, you may be a candidate for localized fat injection into the depressed areas. Revisit your plastic surgeon for evaluation and advice.Best wishes...
