Can I use antiseptic on my incisions?

I saw the nurse a week after the op, who said my wound was healing well and I would be able to stop using micropore tape at 4 weeks. I have therefore removed the tape, and my breasts appear to be doing well - very little swelling now, and both dropping. The incisions are slightly red so I thought I would use anti bacterial wipes and have now been applying Savlon dry antiseptic spray with iodine. Is this alright to use, or should I use a cream - or simply leave the wound dry to the air?
