Could someone please tell me best filler, and exactly where I should have it placed to fill in my face.
Answer: Facial Contouring with Injectable Fillers (Radiesse, Voluma, Bellafill), Sculptra, Fat Transfer to Face, Implants, See an Expert Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Liposuction can help slim the face. Ultherapy, J Plasma and RF treatments can provide skin tightening and lift. I would recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Lower face Hello there, Filler can be done in the lateral cheek to lift the lower face. This will not add volume in the midface. Filler can also be done below the cheekbone, to support the ligaments in the lower face, drawing it up and back. You also may want to consider deep tightening with either Exilis Ultra or Ultherapy. That way you will not need to inject filler unnecessarily. Hope this helps. Sarah RN BSN

Answer: Lifting the lower face Hello and thank you for your question. Allergan has come out with a new line of fillers using vycross technology. With the vycross cross technology, fillers are lasting longer, moving more naturally with the face and the most important point for you is the fillers are able to give a little "lift" in the areas treated. Vollure (which is a medium thickness) around the mouth, through the chin area can help smooth lines and lift. Voluma is one of the thickest fillers available. Voluma can be placed along the jawline to help contour the face and give a little pull back through the jowl area. Fillers are great for a more immediate result. Thermage and sculptra are an option as well, the results are not visible right away. It may take 3+ months to see final results. Thermage combined with sculptra done yearly will help smooth the neck, keep the lower face lifted and give an overall lift to the face. Thermage with sculptra helps stimulate collagen production, if maintained yearly, this will help slow down the aging process. There are many options available, have an in person consultation with a board certified expert injector. Good luck to you!

Answer: Best filler for an aging face There is simply no better filler for an aging face than the patient's own fat. Fat grafting, when performed by an extremely experienced plastic surgeon results in natural and permanent results. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic plastic surgery
