The real self community was super helpful in getting me through the whole process so wanted to share my experience with anyone who is thinking about a BA - especially small implants. Just had my BA with Dr Ali, who has been as wonderful as could be. Arrived around 9am for a 10am procedure, saw the nurse and the anesthetist and then got marked up by Dr Ali and off we went. Just got into initial recovery room where everyone from the hospital is so nice. A bit sore and a bit nauseous

Rosina is an excellent and caring surgeon and I have had both plastic surgery and facial aesthetic treatments provider by her, and I continue to have regular consultations. She really listens and understands your concerns, and devises a sympathetic treatment regime which enables you to be the best version of yourself - no “overworking” and no pressure to do “more and more”. Excellent Surgeon Who Listens to Her Patients and Achieved a Superb Outcome

I had previously had breast augmentation surgery with another surgeon. Although the visual outcome of that surgery was fairly good, I was devastated to find out that the particular method/implant used - submuscular teardrop implants - had left me with breasts that looked like they had been nailed to my chest, felt fake because of the stiff implant used (and muscle sitting on top of it), were splayed out, and didn't move as a natural breast would (in fact, they didn't move at all).
