There is absolutely no reason for you to panic.  You are too early after surgery to see the final results, and so far it looks like you are going to get a very nice result

Thank you for your photographs and questions, and I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast augmentation surgery.  It is very common to have mixed emotions about your results immediately after surgery, and your doctor can help provide you with further reassurance.  Though it is true your breasts will not dramatically change in size (once any swelling has resolved), they will change in their contour and appearance. As your chest muscles relax, your implants will drop, causing the lower part of your breast to stretch and accommodate the new implants, leading to a more rounded, natural shape. This takes place somewhere between 4 and 6 weeks after surgery, so I know it is difficult, but hang in there and give yourself a few months time before judging your results. 

You are still very early in your healing phase and need to give yourself time to adjust to your new look, and let the swelling subside, the tissue relax, and the implants settle into place. Please don't panic, but follow all your instructions, keep your follow up visits, and discuss all your concerns with your surgeon.

Sorry to hear that you are worried and panicking.  From your photos, it seems like your surgery was recent.  It takes couple weeks for swelling to decrease and couple months for implants to settle.  As the implants settle in their pocket, overall shape of the breast will change as well.  Please be patient and follow your plastic surgeon's post-operative instruction.  Keep an open communication with your plastic surgeon and follow up with him closely.  Best wishes.

You look to have had a constricted breast to start that needed to be relaesed in addition to tightening the herniated breast tissue around the areola. A shaped implant is a good solution for this but it needed to be combined with these procedures for success. Continue to follow up with your surgeon to ensure that you progress as planned.

Your concern is completely normal after having this surgery, you have to be patience with the result, the swelling last 5-6 weeks or more and because of this your breasts looks "bigger" giving a not real size. 

I'm sorry to hear that you are concerned about your breast augmentation.  But, I would advise not to panic unnecessarily.  It appears it is quite early after your surgery.  Many patients worry at this point that they have made a mistake and that the implants feel large and/or foreign.   As your tissues settle and the post op swelling subsides, I think you'll find that you are pleased with the result.  It can take at least 6 to 12 weeks for things to settle and for the implants to feel as if they are part of you.  Give things time and try not to worry.  From your photos, I don't believe you made a mistake.  Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.
