20 year old, teardrop silicone breast implants sub muscular 32A now B cup. Panicking that they don't suit my body? (Photo)

TinyM
My areola was also too large therefore reduced in size. Im slightly concerned about how my breasts now look. I feel they are too wide for my body and chest ( I'm 5ft, 43kg) ive started to massage them and wondering how long it takes to actually fall in place and if they will go any smaller? my doctor he said the size wouldn't change which has made me panic? I was hoping for them to reduce atleast one size. not sure if i rushed into having this surgery as I'm finding myself panic over the results
