It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.  Redness and slight bleeding 3 days after surgery may normal but you should still contact your doctor if you are concerned.

That appearance is normal, expected wiew after surgery  and some serous liquid oozing from donor site will be stopped in 1-2 days. 

The donor area looks ok to me. IF you are worried about it, go back and see your doctor for an examination of the donor area

From the pictures it appears to be okay. It is a little uncommon to still have oozing on day 3 but still within expected limits. If you have any concerns or something doesn't feel right, it is always best to follow up with your doctor that performed the procedure. 

It takes about a week for the donor  to go through its healing process. for three days it looks normal. We usually have our clients return for a follow up visit to check every thing afte 7- 10 days. If you are concerned you should see your doctor for a follow up.
