At this point, no, your grafts are totally secure and healthy and should be safe. Unless whatever health issues you have are severe enough to cause your regular hair to fall out or die, your transplanted hairs should be unaffected as they're basically the same as your regular hair by now.

Any sinus infection does not  it harm your HT results .Also local vasoconstrictor overdosed would not effect the blood flow to new grafts on scalp. 

Provided that you do not pick your nose and then touch your hair grafted area, there should be no risk from a nasal infection or flu
