I was recovering of a mild flu/cold, when 1 day I overused a nasal decongestant (naphazoline nose drops) and got worse (forehead headaches, blocked nose). NO fever, NO cough. I was prescribed Prednisolone and antibiotic just in case I got an infection caused by the nasal med. 2 questions: 1-If I did get a sinus infection, can it harm my HT results somehow? 2-This nasal med is a local vasoconstrictor. If I overdosed it, can it have affected blood flow to new grafts on scalp n avoid them to grow?

There is a distinction between shock loss and loss of the grafts after a FUE transplant. The immediate loss of the transplanted grafts is expected starting around 2-3 weeks after the procedure. Shock loss occurs when the native , non-transplanted hairs, fall out after the procedure.
