Question

I was recovering of a mild flu/cold, when 1 day I overused a nasal decongestant (naphazoline nose drops) and got worse (forehead headaches, blocked nose). NO fever, NO cough. I was prescribed Prednisolone and antibiotic just in case I got an infection caused by the nasal med. 2 questions: 1-If I did get a sinus infection,can it harm my HT results somehow? 2-This nasal med is a local vasoconstrictor. If I overdosed it, can it have affected blood flow to new grafts on scalp n avoid them to grow?

Nose infections should not affect hair transplant results.  It is best to see your doctor for treating your medical condition.

At this point, no, your grafts are totally secure and healthy and should be safe. Unless whatever health issues you have are severe enough to cause your regular hair to fall out or die, your transplanted hairs should be unaffected as they're basically the same as your regular hair by now.

Provided that you do not pick your nose and then touch your hair grafted area, there should be no risk from a nasal infection or flu
