Its been 70 days that i had FUE hair transplant of 3500 grafts...my donor area still didn't healed properly there is still a lot of redness and the patch is quite visible..when can i get rid of this redness??and is there anything serious regarding this redness?why is it still there?

You can easily lower the hairline with another hair transplant. If you make an error, too low, it is very difficult to fix, but too high is never a problem.
FUE scars will fade over time but the size will stay the same and if you wear your hair very short you will still see scarring. Your picture at 1 week does not appear to show shock loss but donor area is beyond safe donor site and if not on Finasteride you should discuss it with your doctor.
FUE is only a harvesting method. Patients choose the FUE method to avoid the linear scar while accepting it may not be optimal in growth.
You must understand most people would not notice the linear scar unless you buzz your hair very short.
