Dissolved lip filler left my lips saggy, what can I do? (photos)

Iv had lip fillers in for many years and decided to have them dissolved as they were too big and had gotten a bit lumpy , my question is my lips are now left saggy and wrinkled looking I guess a bit like a deflated ballon and thet look worse , will a small amount of filler in help with this and plump them back out or will they always be like this ...im so upset by the outcome , iv also got lines above my lips that wasn't there before

Fillers can often absorb water in the first few days causing lumps or irregularities. I suggest applying Plato's Bruise Balm twice daily for a few days after injecting my patients. If the filler lumps do not resolve, then a small injection of Hylenex usually can correct an HA filler that is overdone. 
In some cases, Venus Viva RF can help tighten skin thereafter.

Hello,Thank you for your question and picture. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the results from Vitrase. Based on what can be seen it does appear that you may benefit from adding some filler in that area. Lasers may also help to tighten the skin. With that being said, you will need to consult with a local physician to determine the best course of action. Good luck!
