My head is quite small at the top, it is difficult to see with my hair but if my hair is wet or flat it is quite obvious to me. I would like to avoid having skull reshaping surgery as it’s quite invasive but can bone cement injections be used to add slightly more height? From a side profile I don’t mind but face on it looks flat and small. Thank you

I would encourage you to wait a few weeks after your facelift simply so the swelling and edema resolve. Depending on the extent of your frontal hairline that you are desiring to have transplanted, these region will likely not (or very minimally) have undermining of the skin during your facelift...
Great question. One of the most common complications of a facelift is a hematoma or bleeding and with warfarin or coumadin this is substantially higher. I would advise against a facelift at this point. There are many non invasive options that are safer which include Zaffiro. I hope this helps.
