I want to avoid buccal fat pad removal, however I don't know if it's possible. Would face lift and lipo help? I'm getting filler on my chin and lips this month, so it'll help with proportions but I really want to define my jawline better/make my cheeks less saggy with something permanent like a surgery.

Answer: Facetite - slim down bottom of face I think that is a great indication for Facetite! Buccal fat pad excision I rarely recommend unless I can actually see that pocket of fat. Customizing your facial contours with Facetite is likely your best option! Best Wishes!!

Answer: What can I do to slim down the bottom half of my face to look more feminine? Hello, and thank you for your question and photos. You have some early jowling and some relaxation of your platysma muscle under your jaws. With this early aging of your face, I would recommend a combination of procedures: Facetite with submental platysmoplasty to tighten your neck line, Bellafill (5 year filler) to your tear trough, cheeks, nasolabial folds, and melomandibular folds, and Voluma to your commissures to pick up the corners of your mouth. When the 5 year fillers begin to be resorbed, then you may want to consider a facelift. I would recommend additional filler on the right cheek to add symmetry to your face. Buccal fat pad removal will decrease your mid face volume and accelerate your appearance of aging. Best wishes.
