Yes, you have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. Go to the ER and have an ultrasound. They will tell you if is a fluid collection. With that information you can either have the radiologist drain it or go back to the PS with some data.
I have not seen burns with tumescent liposuction alone. Perhaps a heat component is being used, which is causing the burns.
