Can radio frequency or cavitation be used to improve lumps and bumps after liposuction? (Photo)

Unfortunately this is very difficult to fix and is mostly a technical problem.  I would start out with Velashape.  It combines the mechanical benefits of endermologie with radio frequency and infrared and has been shown to be helpful in smoothing areas after liposuction as well as improving skin texture irregularities.  It is non invasive, and is performed in 8 weekly sessions with maintenance thereafter.  There are fewer risks than revision liposuction and does not prevent revision liposuction in the future.

I would highly consider weekly endermologie and venus legacy for a minimum of 5 weeks.  It usually takes about 3 months for all the swelling and scar tissue to settle down.  

To smooth out irregularities, I recommend a combination approach. I recommend coolsculpting/vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin's appearance. Keep in mind, you will have swelling for 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. I like to use external ultrasound treatments to help with the swelling and lumps at this stage. It is less aggressive on the fat than radiofrequency.
