It's been 4wks since tumesent liposuction to inner thighs, flanks, & abdomen with SIX-PACK definition. My skin still feels burned, stretched, or numb in certain places & i have multiple cannula track marks and tender Hard lumps that continue to harden & thicken despite massaging 2x a day. Can radio frequency or cavitation be used at this stage in recovery to help decrease these skin irregularities? What else can I do?

Thanks for the question. Generally, most patients can fly within 24 to 48 hours after liposuction surgery. However, car or airplane travel should be avoided to prevent the risk of blood clots in the legs. I wish you all the best.
You might ask for an ultrasound examination of the lump to see if it is fluid (seroma) or swelling from surgery. If it is fluid, it can be drained; if it is swelling, massage can be helpful. If it is residual fat, you may need a revision later.
Burns are not from liposuction, but might be from laser or ultrasound assisted procedures. Usually these are not used when harvesting fat for grafting. Don't believe everything you read on the Internet, especially from nonprofessionals.
