I've recently had tumescent liposuction under general anesthesia 4 days ago. I've had my upper, lower abdomen, sides and upper back bra area done. I still have my garment on I have to wait 2 more full days to take it off even though I feel it's cutting my circulation, but while showering with my garment on I felt a sting from the soap and pulled up my open area and seen a stitch on my vagina pubic area. I want to know does that suppose to be there and why the incision is there?

At only 4 days after abdominal liposuction patients should expect to be quite swollen. In fact, things will indeed look worse than before the procedure! Also, it is common to be even more swollen at a week after liposuction than you are during the first couple days.It will take MONTHS before ...
Thanks for the question. Generally, most patients can fly within 24 to 48 hours after liposuction surgery. However, car or airplane travel should be avoided to prevent the risk of blood clots in the legs. I wish you all the best.
