I asked my doctor that I wanted natural i wanted a smaller size but i dont know why I eventually convinced with 350 cc. He suggested that because I have wide hips. Im 5’5 53 kg small frame.I started as flat 32A. I trusted him because I’ve read somwhere if it will be under the muscle it will tend to go smaller in size. Im not happy everytime i look at it, it looks very fake. Instead of gaining confidence, i feel upset and very concious. Will it get smaller or less fake looking?
Answer: Breast Implant Sizing With time things will change and the implants will redistribute which will cause them to look a bit different. Will they become more natural, difficult to say. But at this point I advise to give it some time and re-evaluate them when you are 4-6 months out from surgery. Given you are so early on, it is hard to determine their final outcome.Once you are 4-6 months out you may be quite happy then and if you are not, then it would be the time to address it.Hope that helps.

Answer: Too Big? Too Fake? Good morning!I agree you have a "bolted on" fake look about your breasts. They look glued on instead of a nice teardop shape. I would recommend the Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique which tightens your inframammary crease and creates a fold, establishing a more teardrop shape, as well as downsize a little.

Answer: Augmentations are usually happy times for patients and I'm sorry you're feeling regret. You do have asymmetry but whether that resolves, only time will tell. If you're truly just too large, you will have to have another procedure to downsize (but just by how much?) and pocket work may be needed to diminish the pocket size to your new, smaller implant. If you have saline implants, you can intentionally deflate them and void the warranty but it will resolve your concerns about feeling too large. Otherwise you have to heal and then return when the time is right. If you agreed to this size, expect to pay full fees again.
