Why does the bottom of my boob look like a triangle? 5 weeks post-op. (photos)

Good afternoon!You were a little overdissected there, so you have some bottoming out- your implant is trying to sneak out! I correct this with the Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique which corrects your bottoming out and provides excellent long term support for your implants!

Thanks for all the pictures that clearly show the problem. As others have mentioned, I would go back to your plastic surgeon and discuss that area with them. You may ultimately need a revision to address the look.

Yes, best to let your chosen boarded PS see the postop complication of the inferior left implant. Allow him to offer you corrective options. Than you can determine if you will have a correction.
