Uneven Cheeks Due to Inflamed Sinuses - What Can I Do?

When I was a teenager, I had an extreme case of sinusitis that completely closed off my right sinus and pushed out my cheekbone under my eye, as well as pushed my right eye farther from my nose than my left eye. I'm looking to achieve a more even look. What are my treatment options and what are the price ranges?

I would strongly recommend going to a board certified plastic surgeon, facial plastic surgeon or oral surgeon who has experience in facial fractures to  take care of your problem. I do not believe that most "facial cosmetic surgeons" would have that experience.  I personally would...

It looks like you could benefit from fillers at your age. This would add volume in your cheeks and other areas to give you a fuller appearance. You may also want to consider fat transfer.

Fillers, fat grafting and implants can all be used to help enhance the facial contours and create volume and definition where it is wanted. It will be best to consult a board certified facial plastic surgeon in person and discuss your goals and options after a physical examination.

Liposuction can be used to correct this, or fillers to balance out the asymmetry. Either way you would need to see a PS to help you.
