Buccal fat is located in the mid to lower cheek area. It is distinct from jowls and is much deeper in the face. I am reluctant to remove the buccal fat pads in a young patient since the mid-cheeks is where the face gets narrower as we age. Sometimes it does last so by the early 30's I feel it can be removed or in younger patients if it is a family trait.

Your baby fat will go away as you age. If you have a double chin this can be removed now. I need to see better photos.

There are a variety of procedures for derounding of the face. These can include neck and perioral liposuction and buccal lipectomies for fat removal. Enhancing the bony contours of the face through chin and cheek augmentation can also be useful depending upon one's facial shape and anatomy. Often the best result comes from doing at least three or more of these facial reshaping procedures. To answer your specific needs would require review of your photographs from different angles.

No, IMHO of shaping faces for over 25 years Buccal fat should not be removed.  Larger photos would help but from what I could see, your cheeks should be more feminine and aesthetically shaped...which buccal lipectomy would not accomplish.  Reduction of unwanted excess fat with micro-liposuction combined with Perlane (filler) or cheek implants would most likely be recommended.
