The skin on the nose does change with age. Skin on the upper two thirds will thin out over many years and any underlying irregularities might become more visible. Sometimes this is a positive thing as the nose can look narrower. The skin on the tip however usually becomes thicker, as the sebaceous glands hypertrophy and pores increase in size. At the age of 19 you are hardly at the point to even consider such things as these only in play as people enter their late 50s and 60s. Hope this helps to answer your question.
