I'd like to get the same! She seems to have everything done naturally but I can't tell exactly what. Hoping for some expert light on this so I can research a bit more. I'm very curious as to how she has been able to get a more defined eye socket - in the before photos she has a typical flat Asian profile and hooded lids. In recent photos, she has a much higher brow definition but is this down to forehead lift or a brow implant?

Her eyebrows are trimmed in some of the last pictures, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, augmentation of lower eyelid grooves, cheek implants or fillers, possible buccal fat removal, and nasal tip changes. Did she have any air brushing in the "after" pictures where her make-up is very nicely done?

Dear thehp, First and foremost I will state clearly that I did not operate on this patient and it is pure conjecture on my behalf from my vast experience in asian facial rejuvenation. In my opinion based on her photographs she appears as if she has had asian upper eyelid surgery, buccal fat pad removal, chin augmentation and nasal tip refinement. I personally perform a lot of buccal fat pad removal on asian patients as well as others with similar facial anatomy and they have remarkable results with this procedure. Combined with chin augmentation and rhinoplasty this is a very good way to feminize the face and bring more contour to the facial aesthetics. Again, I will reiterate that I am not stating she has had any plastic surgery to my personal knowledge. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
