Which procedures has Michelle Phan had done? I can see chin, alar reduction/Asian rhino and a forehead or brow lift? (Photo)

I'd like to get the same! She seems to have everything done naturally but I can't tell exactly what. Hoping for some expert light on this so I can research a bit more. I'm very curious as to how she has been able to get a more defined eye socket - in the before photos she has a typical flat Asian profile and hooded lids. In recent photos, she has a much higher brow definition but is this down to forehead lift or a brow implant?
