I just had a dorsal hump removed, septum corrected, and spreader grafts inserted to help repair a broken nose. I frequently surf overhead and powerful waves. I can wipe out and 'face plant' into the face of the wave, and get a lot of water thru my sinus. I'm wondering if 6 months is enough time to ensure I don't accidentally rebreak the nose or blow the grafts on a wipe-out (if thats even possible)? Also, is it possible that it could weaken the cartilage somehow and heighten my risk of collapse?

Thank you for the photos and your question and the short answer is YES your nose can be improved with surgery after a full examination and a work up of your sinus problemsDr Corbin
The cost of a rhinoplasty is driven by 3 factors which include time in the operating room, time under anesthesia, and the surgeon's fees. There is geographic irritation and some surgeons charge more than others. It is important to shop quality, not price. since this is your nose....
