I know it's an odd request, especially considering my nose already, but can it be made more turned up? Specifically I don't the tip and the way it droops slightly at the end, how easy would it be for a doctor to life the tip up?
Answer: Tip rotation Thank you for your question and photos. While it is not particularly challenging to rotate the tip, this would not make your nose look better. You already have adequate tip rotation and further rotation will make your nose look strange ("piggy"). You don't like the way the inferior portion of your tip (infratip lobule) seems to curve down compared to the area just below it (columella). If this is bothering you, my strong recommendation would be to reshape the columella so that it basically goes from concave on lateral view to convex. I would also recommend taking down the slight bump just above your tip along the dorsum (supratip). I'm nearly certain you would find this a preferable option. See a rhinoplasty specialist in your area who can guide you through the process of making the changes you are hoping for. Photo simulations can be a useful tool as well. All the best!

Answer: NOSE TIP The shape of tip on your nose can be changed, so it ends more like upturned and it does not look too round at the end. You will need a rhinoplasty and an experienced surgeon can do that easily.

Answer: Yes it can be done Yes it can be done but I don't recommend it, because it will not look natural and would require a very difficult surgery to correct it. Speak to a board certified plastic surgeon and review before/after photos.

Answer: Lift the tip Looking at your nose, you have a well defined smooth nasal bridge. however, the area that you say 'droops slightly' actually is because you don't have a well defined 'infratip' There should be a subtle gentle curve underneath your nasal tip to define what we call the 'infratip' rather yours is more of a straight line as it approaches your upper lip. Cartilage grafting techniques can be employed to better define your infratip. Rhinoplasty is a difficult procedure but in the scheme of 'ease' - it is on the easier side IF that is all you need. hope this helps! good luck -Dr. Miguel

Answer: Rhinoplasty to lift up the tip? The photographs do not demonstrate a droopy tip. Lifting the tip of the nose higher will only create more nostril show from the front, and will look very natural. Best to leave well enough alone. For many examples of lifting a droopy tip, please see the link below
