Micro-needling or laser treatment for slightly indented scars on child's face??

Are Micro-needling & laser treatments safe for an 8 year old please? Which would be the least painful, less side effects? The scars are from fingernail scratches which are slightly indented (I have posted previously about these). I am willing to travel from the UK to find a specialist that can help me in these areas as these scars are stubborn and are still not improving. (the newer scars are now 16 months old, but some are from 3 years ago). So any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, thank you for your question! The downtime to microneedling will be 24-48 hrs of redness. You can wear makeup after 24hrs after the treatment. You may have some residual peeling 48-72 hours after. I would recommend 1-3 sessions of microneedling every 6-8 weeks for optimal results.
