'Double bubble' likely to be caused by malpractice and negligence; do I have grounds to sue?

Hello, double bubble breast contour problems can arise due to surgical factors but the person's anatomy and implant choice also contribute.  Without more information it is not possible to comment whether this was due to a problem with your surgeon's technique.

and its usually best to let someone know they are likely to have one when doing the consultation.  Asymmetry and contour irregularities should be on everyone's consent form, including yours.  As for litigation, your statute of limitations has likely passed but its bothersome to hear your feelings about being ignored by your surgeon.   Find a surgeon that gives complimentary consultations just to find out what your options are and for confirmation as to just how bad your double bubble is.  After that, what you wish to do will be your choice.
