Hello, the gap between your breast implants after surgery is determined to a large extent on the gap that was present before surgery.  However if you are wondering whether a revision is possible this could be discussed with your surgeon.

This does look like an allergic reaction to the micropore tape. It should settle when you stop using the tape. You could use a steroid cream to speed things up. You shouldn't really have a dischrage from the wound, you should see your surgeon to ensure that things are alright.
