Australia has been using hydroxyapatite/coral for chin and jaw implants for 15 years? Coral is suppose to have properties that are alike to human bone? Infection rate is nill? I would recommend dental and skeletal analysis with an orthodontist and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Looks like you may need mandibular advancement after further orthodontic treatment. A sliding advancement genioplasty is also a compromised option.
