I'm looking for chin surgery to bring my chin forward to improve my profile. I do MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) and fear a chin implant may move if hit with enough force or pressured when defending a rear naked choke, as the chin is used to block the opponent from getting to your throat. I have thought about sliding genioplasty but it is more expensive and has a lower success rate. Thanks

A sliding genioplasty with an implant overlay that extends back along the jawline can achieve a similar look. This can also be done by a custom made chin-jawline implant which is easier to go through and would produce a more predictable result.
