Thank you for your questions. I would not expect a slender tone facial toner to breakdown any facial filler. There may be other options for eliminating the filler. However, it is important to know which of the fillers you might have. HA derivatives, such as Juvederm, Restylane, and Belotero, are the most widely used facial fillers. HA based fillers can be "dissolved" by treating them with a Hyaluronidase. Hyaluronidase treatment is effective in breaking down these fillers. Of course, with most fillers, if you wait, they will resorb on their own. Typically 4 to 6 months is required.Other fillers, such as Radiesse for example are more difficult to remove. The permanent filler Bellafil, is the most difficult to remove as there are no effective ways to "dissolve" the material it is made of.My suggestion, in particular if you are unhappy, is to return to the physician who performed the treatment and discuss you desires. If that is not satisfactory, you can always get a second opinion from another plastic surgeon. It is my hope that you have a satisfactory resolution of your concerns.
Although it has never been formally studied to my knowledge, it is unlikely that a Slender Tone facial muscle stimulator would breakdown filler. Everyone breaks down fillers at a slightly different rate, and we don't know the individual reasons for that. Anecdotally, fillers seem to break down faster in more dynamic ares of the face.
