Hi doctors! I had hair transplant surgery 8 months ago,the results were good however I started weight lifting again 4 months ago and since since then I have seen that my hair is thinning and there are few spot where the hair have completely fallen off. Can you please tell me if weight lifting is causing this or the protein shakes or perhaps the shampoo? If weight lifting is the problem then what kind of exercises would help is it okay to shampoo every day or twice as I sweat while working out ?
