Dear sir/mam , post 7 months of hair transplantation - there is less hair growth I feel , I am taking folli hair tablet from past 2 months and oiling and shampooing 3 times a week as per suggestion of doctor. But new hairs are not seeming to be grown . Moreover falling of 10-15 hairs are there when ever I apply oil as it shows as well as during shampooing . Kindly suggest - I am under stress . Attaching current and old pics for reference

Dear manimaestro,Thank you for posting this question. Looking at the photographs it's not possible to get an accurate assessment. I suggest you see your physician and ask about your concerns. Also, dosages of thyroxine are not helpful without other information like your levels of TSH, etc. This needs to be addressed by an endocrinologist that you go to see in person. It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor

It is hard to judge from these photos but I would definitely contact your hsir specialist. Possibly see if you are losing more hair from MPB and in need of medication therapy. You still have several months to know if your transplant made a difference.

It takes 8-12 months to see final results.  Give it at least another month or two,  then go see your surgeon to review photos and discuss results.  If you're not using minoxidil (Rogaine), finasteride (Propecia) or laser therapy you can discuss this as well.  Also discuss the role of platelet-rich plasma.
