However, please know that your images
do not indicate you have tuberous breasts.
Tuberous breast is a congenital abnormality that occurs during
puberty breast development. It can be classified by a combination of reduced
breast diameter, underdevelopment of the breasts, areolar overgrowth,
protrusion of the nipple areola complex, breast sagging, and breast asymmetry.Your chest anatomy makes your breasts point outward a bit. For you, there are somethings that can be done to make the breast more rounder, lifted, and well distributed.
If a surgical plan was created for you, it may involve a breast lift, areolar size correction, and an implant-based breast augmentation to add volume to the upper pole of the breast.

Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. Your pictures do not demonstrate tuberous breast deformity. If you would like to reposition the areolas higher on the breast mound and reduce their diameter you could consider a breast lift. Placing silicone gel implants would further help to round and fill out the breasts. I recommend that you book an in-person consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon. They will measure you and discuss your goals, then make recommendations.All the best

Hello! According to your photos your breasts are not tubular. If you feel self conscious about your breasts however, implants and a breast lift could be a viable option in altering the shape and/ or size. This could correct the "sagging" to the sides and make them appear more symmetrical and round. It would definitely be best for you to schedule a consultation with an experienced and board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your wishes and concerns if surgery is something you would like to look into, and go from there. I am sorry that you feel self conscious about your breasts. You do not have tuberous breasts. A small implant could help correct some of the sagging that seems to bother you. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to be examined and discuss. 

You do not have tubular breasts. You could increase your breast size with a breast implant and also reduce the size of the areola. This would also improve the sagging to some degree.

Fortunately you do not have tubular breasts. You do have an asymmetry (as do 88 % of all women). A breast augmentation with implants can make your breasts rounder and more nicely shaped. However for symmetry you will need a lift on the lower right side in addition to implants on both sides. An areolar reduction can be done if you want but you will need scars around both areolas not just around eh lifted side. For more information please read below:
