The only complication I see is that we typically don't treat over tattoos because they can change/blur, etc. Forma is another option for skin tightening that you can discuss with a provider for skin tightening that could be used to treat the skin that is tattooed. It is minimally invasive, it must be done by a surgeon, but would be faster and more reliable. Inmode has a couple of other non-investive methods with similar RF technology you may research.
