Fractora does give good results for skin tightening over several sessions. The only complication I see is that we typically don't treat over tattoos because they can change/blur, etc. Forma is another option for skin tightening that you can discuss with a provider for skin tightening that could be used to treat the skin that is tattooed. Yes ma'am, it is normal to see the needle marks and have some scabbing. Remember to keep your skin moisturized. I have had patients who have some swelling of the facial skin after the procedure and cool compresses have helped. Follow the post-procedure treatment protocol your provider gave you, and all of these should resolve. Consider discussing hydroquinone cream with your provider.
