Will my left alar rim come down after tip swelling completely goes down? (photos)

I had rhino/septoplasty about 8months ago. Will tip swelling at this time cause the alar rim to be a bit high? My tip at this time still feels a bit numb which gives me hope that maybe after time my concern in regards to my left alar rim will drop. But not sure if that would be the case. I just wanted more of a professional opinion since at this time because of relocation I'm unable to get it physically seen.
