I had rhino/septoplasty about 8months ago. Will tip swelling at this time cause the alar rim to be a bit high? My tip at this time still feels a bit numb which gives me hope that maybe after time my concern in regards to my left alar rim will drop. But not sure if that would be the case. I just wanted more of a professional opinion since at this time because of relocation I'm unable to get it physically seen.

Yes, your nose is still deviated. You should consider a revision rhinoplasty. You also need some additional work on the tip. At least you are showing improvement.
