Will my left alar rim come down after tip swelling completely goes down? (photos)

Generally speaking, it can take 6 to 12 months to completely heal after surgery. Please keep in touch with your surgeon or his/her clinical team to discuss your ongoing concerns.

No after 8 moths this is a final result. Might try filler injection to even this out. But hard to really see the issues... 

From the photos, it seems like they are mislabeled and it is the right nostril that has the small notched area along the alar rim. You are 8 months postop now and should be seeing a majority of the swelling decreasing at this time. It is possible that you still have some swelling present in the nasal tip that can be contributing to some asymmetries that you are noticing with your nostrils. The sensation to the skin envelope should be returning over the next several months. If any patients are considering a revision for their rhinoplasty, I always encourage them to wait a year to ensure that most of the swelling has decreased and it is close to a final result. I recommend finding a rhinoplasty specialist in your area so that you can get a more thorough evaluation and get your concerns addressed.
