Hi - I got tear trough fillers more than 3 days ago. My under-eye seems to standout more than before (giving it a more puffy/dark appearance). Is this a case of swelling or has too much filler been injected (approx. 0.75ml for both eyes). Ps. I have pineapple/arnica tablets everyday

Answer: Swelling after tear trough injections Thanks for the question. It is too early to say. You will need to wait at least 2 weeks before making a proper assessment. Having said that, 0.75ml is quite a lot to put into each side in one go. I personal never put in more than 1ml divided between the two sides. It is much better to slowly build up this area, than risk over filling it. Good luck! Dr Chris Macdonald CRM Aesthetics

Answer: Swelling tear trough Thankyou for your question. You do look a little puffy . At this stage it could be swelling. I would leave it a week and if this does not appear to be settling you may want to get some of the filler dissolved. Reasons: too much filler or too superficial. Good luck.
